About SierraElio DriveCare

Our story

SierraElio DriveCare began when our founder changed a tire on a dark mountain shoulder and realized how scattered guidance was. We brought together roadside assistance veterans, shop technicians, and instructional designers to write a single, clinically clear protocol anyone can follow under stress.

Today we deliver stepwise courses that balance safety, speed, and accuracy. We focus on transferable habits, not hype — checklists, torque verification, and scene control are at the core.

Mission

To replace uncertainty with methodical action when a tire fails. Our curriculum teaches drivers and technicians to assess risk, work clean, and verify results without false promises.

  • Evidence-based steps, plain language.
  • Scenario drills: rain, snow, night, uneven surfaces.
  • Tool safety and correct torque patterns.
  • Respect for time and the environment — no shortcuts.

Team

Elio Serrano

Certified safety officer focused on scene control, visibility, and traffic-aware positioning.

Our methodology

We use a simple three-phase model: Assess, Execute, Verify. Each course reinforces this sequence and ends with a timed skill check. Learners can re-test without pressure or penalties.
